Covid-19 update effecting tours

Tours are running.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING TERMS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE:
Due to the recent state of emergency, the French Government's Ordonnance from the 25th of March 2020 and the Italian Government (D.L. 9/2020 art. 28, comma 5) from the 2nd of March 2020 have issued new rules regarding cancellations for tour operators and travel agencies, recommending offering vouchers for rescheduling.
Therefore, any tour that has been booked for the future months during this time of emergency will not be refunded immediately. We will credit your customer account that you could use within 2021, and if it rests unused a refund will be issued after that.
To obtain a credit:
Please email email@example.com and let us know if you have already a date you'll be rescheduling.
Otherwise, we will cancel your booking and credit your customer account of the whole amount already paid.
You could use your credit towards any other day tour.
To handle your booking in complete autonomy, and reschedule your tour for a different date in the future by using your credit:
1) Sign in with your email address (same as the one you booked with) in one of the boxes below or directly on our different wine tour offers.
2) If you don't have a password go to "I forgot my password" to reset and sign in again.
3) Rebook a tour with your credit.
